The stats are in for Dru's 9 month check that we had this week.

We have been apparently feeding him too much so he has been put on a diet. We've had to cut out one bottle a day. The dr also said to try canned veggies instead of baby food. Dru will eat canned green beans!!
Today we went to the park! Dru loves the swing! Clint has decided that he is going to be a dare devil and love the roller coaster. We can only hope!!

Mr. Yankee

We got a super cute picture of Dru tonight with his Yankee outfit, hat and Louisville slugger bat. He was hamming it up as always! He can't wait for summer and the Yankees to start playing again. How about them Yankees, Grandpa Steve!

Dru loves his sunglasses and he can't wait for summer! Yes, Mr. Hollywood does leave them on.

8 months Repost

I'm reposting due to someone putting spam on Dru's page. The picture is from last night. I opened Dru's room and he was standing up in his bed. I was very surprised. I woke Clint up and he came running in thinking there was something wrong with Dru. You'll notice he has a little bed head!!

I had a Dr. appt yesterday, instead of weighing me they weighed Dru. He is 25. 12. He is a real go getter now. His babysitter told me that in the 22 years that she has been babysitting she has never needed to use gates but he could be the first.

Dru has 6 teeth and bites. So far, knock on wood he hasn't had an ear infection in a month.

So apparently Clint took a picture of Dru and I napping tonight.

NO! NO! NO!

Dru is learning a new word NO! He is very mobile now so we are using this word lots. He just looks at you and smiles. He has also officially taken over the living room and dining room. We've had to move the table to make more room for him.

Since our last post lots has happened to our little guy. Saturday Feb. 2nd, Dru woke up wheezing and having a hard time breathing. We gave him a breathing treatment. That didn't work. We took him to his Dr. At that time his oxygen was 82%. They sent us straight to the hospital. His level did go up. He was given a hospital breathing treatment and meds. The nurse kept telling us that it should work right away it didn't. He had to have a second treatment. Thank goodness this treatment worked. If it hadn't they were going to keep Dru over night. Now he has 3 teeth coming in and double ear infection #4.

Poor Dru can't get a break from being sick. Wednesday night I took him back for an ear check and it was all clear!! This morning he woke up with a cough and wheezing. Clint took him to the dr. He has a virus that is blocking his airways. He gets to do breathing treatments. Poor guy.
