This is of his fat lip that he got on Thursday at Julie's. I think we'll be seeing more bumps and bruises. He is all boy!!

Dru is doing great! He had his first eye appointment today. He passed. I'm just a little paranoid with him and thought he had a problem. His face still hasn't really cleared up so on Monday he has an appointment with a dermatologist. As you can tell from the pictures his face looks bad. My mom keeps saying that he looks like Chad at this age. I'm not for sure if I'll be able to go as I start my new job on Monday. Yes, I have a job. I'm going to be doing bail bonds. I won't be like Dog, I'll just go to court and get people out of jail with a bond.

So Big!!

So I know that it has been awhile since I have posted. Not much to report until recently. This may come to a shock to some of you but we just found out that Dru has a milk allergy. Gasp!! We switched him to soy formula and so far things are better. Dru is also taking a couple of steps. He gets too excited though and then he falls!! Dru got tooth #8 last week. So busy!

Here are a couple of pictures from the weekend. The outfit was my grandpa Merck's. Dru's legs were too chunky to get it fully buttoned.

Post Appt

Dru had his post op appointment today. His hearing is perfect now!! His ears look great also! He didn't even cry when the dr looked in them. That is a first.

I took a cute picture of him tonight sleeping on the couch. Yes, I was right there. What kind of parent do you think I am?

Dru's surgery went great!! The nurse took him back at 7:25. By 7:40 the dr came out. Dru didn't do good in recovery so they brought him to me early. We were able to leave by 8:15. Everything went so smooth. He is a different kid already. He is sleeping through the night again! His balance is also better and he doesn't seem as fussy! Clint is taking him back to the dr on Tuesday. I'm out of sick days so it's up to Clint.
Speaking of my job, I have resigned and as of right now I don't have one for next year. If anyone hears of anything for k-6 gen or sped let me know. Things happen for a reason so I'm hoping that I'll have a job for next year.
